Local Situation & Customer Support Delays After Typhoon Kalmaegi (No. 25)
Hello from MyCebuTrip.
On November 4th, the 25th typhoon, ‘Kalmaegi’, passed through the Cebu area.
First, we want to assure everyone that MyCebuTrip did not suffer any direct damage from the typhoon. Our office is safe and operational.
However, the typhoon’s impact has left the local infrastructure in Cebu (including Mactan) in an unstable condition. We are currently experiencing interruptions to the electricity supply, unstable internet connections, and water supply issues (cuts).
Due to these external challenges, our customer support systems (KakaoTalk, 1:1 Inquiry, etc.) are not functioning normally. This means responses to your inquiries may be significantly delayed.
We sincerely ask for your patience and understanding during this time.
We are doing our best to respond to all messages in the order they were received as soon as the local infrastructure stabilizes.
