Introducing the Lunch Box Provided on Our Cebu Hopping Tour

Hello, this is MyCebuTrip. Today, we would like to share the story behind the special lunch we prepare ourselves: the Korean-style Lunch Box (Hansik Dosirak). This is one of the most frequently asked questions regarding our tours.

Why We Prepare Our Own Lunch Before the COVID-19 pandemic, lunch during island hopping tours was typically served at local restaurants on the islands. However, after Typhoon Rai (Odette) severely damaged local facilities in 2021, and with changing travel trends post-pandemic, we moved away from using crowded public restaurants.

Instead, MyCebuTrip began preparing lunch directly to ensure better hygiene and quality. With experience running a dive shop since 2011, we have over a decade of know-how in providing hearty meals. We prepare a lunch that is not only delicious but also perfectly suited for a day of water activities.

What’s on the Menu? This is the homemade lunch box served during our tour. The menu is designed to be universally enjoyable, featuring popular Korean dishes.

• Main Dishes: Spicy Stir-fried Pork (Jeyuk Bokkeum), Assorted Fried Dishes, and Soy-marinated Pork (Bulgogi).
• Side Dishes: A total of 7 diverse side dishes are included.
• For Kids: If you are traveling with children, we provide non-spicy options so everyone can enjoy the meal.

As shown in the image, fresh tropical fruits are also served as dessert alongside the meal.

Freshness Guaranteed These lunch boxes are provided exclusively for our Private Hopping Tours. We visit the local market early every morning to buy fresh ingredients for that specific day. Because we shop and cook fresh daily, please understand that we cannot accommodate same-day tour inquiries made in the morning.
